Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any health concerns to nursing staff. CNAs provide compassionate, high-quality care by fostering a warm, positive, and safe environment, treating residents and their families with dignity and respect. Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in NYS; Ability to speak, see, bend, stand for long periods, kneel, lift and transfer residents appropriately up to 30 lbs with proper body mechanics. *Offering FT/PT roles. We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented LPNs. Duties include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team(s) to implement care plans. LPNs play a key role in maintaining a warm, positive, and safe environment, offering compassionate support to residents and their families. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a caring demeanor are essential for delivering high-quality care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
