At Groton Community Health Care Center, we are a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. Nestled between Ithaca and Cortland, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, and palliative care services.
